Proficient Pests preferred termiticide is TERMIDOR however we have several other termidicides to choose from for your termite treatment.
Treatment Warranties
Proficient Pest Specialists can offer a termite warranty without actually treating a home with any chemical. We would first inspect the home for termites. If we find evidence of termite activity we will at that point prepare a treatment proposal for the structure in question. If there is no termite activity present, Proficient Pest Specialists can offer the homeowner a one year warranty for a fee. If termites were to become active on the structure under warranty, we would treat any and all necessary areas to eliminate the infestation.
If at any time Proficient Pest Specialists needs to treat a structure under warranty, we would treat any and all necessary areas to eliminate the infestation. If at any time Proficient Pest Specialists needs to treat a structure under warranty for three occurrences of termites (during a twelve month period), we will provide a full treatment (according to label directions) on the following occurrence of termites. Warranties are renewable on an annual basis as long as an inspection is done and the warranty is paid in full 30 days from the renewal date.
